Accessing the Urgent Legalisation Service

To use the Urgent Legalisation Service, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Submit a Request
   Email your request to support@fasttrackapostille.co.uk, including the following information:
• The type of document requiring urgent legalisation
• A scan of the document(s) (if available)
• Full name, designation, and capacity of the certifying official
• Details outlining the urgency of your request
2. Provide Evidence of Urgency
   You must include supporting evidence to demonstrate why urgent legalisation is required. This can include email correspondence clearly indicating time-sensitive requirements or deadlines.
3. Submit on Time
   Your request must be received by 3:00 pm the day before you require the service. This allows the FCDO time to review and respond to your request the same day.
• Requests received after 3:00 pm will be reviewed the following business day.
4. Await FCDO Decision
   We will notify you via email whether the FCDO has approved or rejected your request.
• If approved, you must deliver the original documents:
• By 9:00 am to the Kentish Town office
• Or by 11:15 am to the Milton Keynes office
• If rejected, we will advise you to use an alternative service (e.g., our next-day service).
5. Verification of Signature
   Upon receipt of your scanned documents, the FCDO will check whether the certifying signature is registered in their database.
• If verified, your request will proceed.
• If not verified, your request will be rejected. You will receive instructions on how to obtain verification. Once completed, we will guide you on the next steps.
6. Collection of Legalised Documents
   Your legalised documents will be ready for same-day collection:
• From 2:30 pm at the Milton Keynes office, or
• From 4:30 pm at the Kentish Town office
