Our Service Options for Registered Partners

At Fast Track Apostille, we understand that our partners have diverse needs. That’s why we offer a range of service options designed to provide the perfect balance of convenience, speed, and flexibility.

Choose the option that best suits your document handling and delivery preferences:

  • Drop Off and Pick Up
    Drop off your documents at any of our offices and collect them once processing is complete.
  • Post and Ship
    Send your documents by post, and we’ll handle the return shipping—either to you or directly to your clients.
  • Post and Arrange Your Own Collection
    Mail your documents to us, and once processed, you can arrange your own courier to collect them.
  • Drop Off and Ship
    Personally deliver your documents to any of our offices, and we’ll take care of the return shipping on your behalf.

1. Drop Off and Pick Up

Process: Simply order and pay online, and then drop off your document at our any London's locations by 10:30 AM or Milton Keynes Office by 12.30 PM.

Turnaround: Your apostilled document will be ready for pick-up after 4:30 PM the next business day at the same location unless otherwise is instructed.

Example: If you drop off your document on Monday before 10:30 AM, it will be available for pick-up from Tuesday after 4:30 PM.

2. Post and Ship

Process: Order and pay online, then send your document to our Milton Keynes Office via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 12:30 PM.

Shipping: Expect your document to be dispatched on the day it is legalised, with delivery via Royal Mail, DHL, or another courier service, charged at cost price.

Example: A document received by us on Monday before 12:30 PM will be processed and ready for shipping or pick-up from Milton Keynes the next day around 2:00 PM.

3. Post and Arrange Your Own Collection

Process: Order and pay online, then mail your document to our Milton Keynes Office by 2:00 PM using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Collection Flexibility: Your documents will be ready for pick-up from our Milton Keynes office from 2:00 PM, or at any our offices from 4:30 PM.

Example: Documents received by us on Monday before 12:30 PM will be ready by 2:00 PM the next day for courier (your DHL, FedEx etc) collection from Milton Keynes, or for pick-up at any London location from 4:30 PM.

24/7 Drop-Off Facility

This service is available at the Kentish Town office, with pick-ups from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
