This document is often requested by:
Certification required: The letter must be issued by ACRO or a relevant UK authority and certified by a UK solicitor or notary public before it can be apostilled.
Original document: The apostille will be applied to the certified original.
Not eligible for e-apostille: This document must go through the physical apostille process.
The letter must include the individual’s full name, date of birth, and reference number from the issuing authority.
Documents printed from an online portal must be downloaded in full and properly certified.
