Certification required: The ID1 Form must be completed and verified by a UK solicitor, notary public, or HM Land Registry officer. A solicitor or notary must then certify the form before it can be apostilled.
Original document: The apostille will be applied to the certified original.
Not eligible for e-apostille: This document must go through the physical apostille process.
The form must be fully completed and signed by both the applicant and certifier.
Outdated, incomplete, or incorrectly witnessed forms will be rejected.
Some countries may require translation and embassy legalisation after the UK apostille. Always check the specific requirements of the destination country.
