Next Day Apostille

Document Drop-Off and Posting Instructions

If your documents are received within the specified timeframes below, they will be legalised (apostilled) within 24 hours (i.e., the next working day). Once processed, your documents will be:

• Ready for collection the next working day after 4:30 PM from the same location where you dropped them off,
  or
• Posted the next working day via Royal Mail 1st Class with a tracking number, if sent by post.

To ensure your documents are processed within the desired timeframe:

In-person drop-off:

Please bring your documents to any of our drop-off locations by 10:30 AM, except at the Canary Wharf office, where documents must be received by 10:00 AM.

By post:

Alternatively, send your documents via Royal Mail Special Delivery to our Milton Keynes office, ensuring they arrive by 12:30 PM.

Note: If you are dropping off documents at Covent Garden, Canary Wharf, Milton Keynes, or Holborn, please notify us in advance so we can add your name to the guest list for building access.

Important Notes

• The stated processing time refers only to the apostille service by the FCDO. It does not include additional time required for:
  • Postal delivery
  • Further certification by a UK Solicitor or Notary Public
  • Rejections or delays beyond our control
• Please check in advance whether your document requires certification by a UK Solicitor or Notary Public. If you're unsure, our team will be happy to advise you.
• If your documents do require solicitor or notary certification, they must be delivered to our Kentish Town office for processing.
