Our Service Options for Registered Partners

Discontinuation of Same-Day Service: The same-day Apostille service in London will cease on 29th December 2023, signifying the end of the Premium Legalisation Service. This change is a response to the evolving legalisation landscape in the UK. Please contact us to see if you qualify for urgent service instead.

At Fast Track Apostille, we understand that our partners have diverse needs. That's why we offer a variety of service options that blend convenience, speed, and flexibility. Choose the one that best fits your requirements for document handling and delivery:

1. Drop Off and Pick Up

Process: Simply order and pay online, and then drop off your document at our London's locations at either Holborn or Kentish Town 10:30 AM.

Turnaround: Your apostilled document will be ready for pick-up after 16:30 PM the next business day at the same location unless otherwise is instructed.

Example: If you drop off your document on Monday before 10:30 AM, it will be available for pick-up from Tuesday after 16:30 PM.

2. Post and Ship

Process: Order and pay online, then send your document to our Milton Keynes Office via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 13:00 PM.

Shipping: Expect your document to be dispatched on the day it is legalised, with delivery via Royal Mail, DHL, or another courier service, charged at cost price.

Example: A document received by us on Monday before 13:00 PM will be processed and ready for shipping or pick-up from Milton Keynes the next day around 14:00 PM.

3. Post and Arrange Your Own Collection

Process: Order and pay online, then mail your document to our Milton Keynes Office by 13:00 PM using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Collection Flexibility: Your documents will be ready for pick-up from our Milton Keynes office from 14:00, or at our Holborn or Kentish Town offices from 16:30 PM.

Example: Documents received by us on Monday before 13:00 PM will be ready by 14:00 PM the next day for courier (your DHL, FedEx etc) collection from Milton Keynes, or for pick-up at the Holborn or Kentish Town offices from 16:30 PM.

24/7 Drop-Off Facility: This service is available at the Kentish Town office, with pick-ups from 8:30 AM to 17:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Customer Support: Fast Track Apostille offers 24/7 call support and live chat from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
